Hi! My name is Jeff Ledford, I am an Official Kids Course teacher on Palfish. I'm also available for Freetalk sessions 📞. I have a certificate in TESOL, and I have been teaching with Palfish since September of 2018. I like to make class time enjoyable, and I feel it's important for the students to enjoy class, too.

 

I have lived in the USA all of my life. (Update: I am currently living in the Dominican Republic!) Most of my life was spent in Kansas 🌪, but I have also lived with my wife in Idaho 🥔, where there are beautiful mountains ️🌄 and the famous Snake River Canyon.

 

I love to travel 🛬🛫✈ but I don't get to do much of it with my busy schedule, because I volunteer a lot of my time to helping others in my community. In my volunteer work, I have actually been involved with teaching in one form or another for almost 30 years. I attend training classes every week, and I also attend a more extensive training 3 times each year.

 

I enjoy learning about other countries and cultures and hope to hear a lot about yours. I also enjoy photography 📷, Voice recording️ 🎙 and reading . My favorite pet is a Shih-tzu dog and I had one for 18 years! I really miss him!!!  

 

I have a southern American English voice - I sound kind of like a Texan.
